This project sought to supply basic sanitary units to more than 300 beneficiaries in rural communities in the Pedasí district, including units equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Sanitary units with interconnection to the sewage system or biodigester, as the case may be, were built in the communities of Los Asientos, Mariabé, Purio, Oria Arriba and Pedasí headwaters. Likewise, guidance and training should have been given to the beneficiaries of this project and the corresponding operation and maintenance manuals delivered.
